Yes we do. Our upstairs restaurant area is available for private functions. However, this may depend on what day of the week you are intending to hold your function, and how many people will be attending the function.

How many people can you cater for?

Our upstairs restaurant can comfortably hold a function of up to 150-180 people. In summer this can be increased a little with the use of the outside upstairs balcony. We can hold functions for larger numbers, and this would involve using the whole of Chicago Sports Cafe. For those functions that take up the whole of Chicago we can cater for 500-600 people depending on the type of function. We can also increase this number with the use of Marquees. For functions of a larger nature it is best to call us to talk over the logistics.

What will it cost to hold my function at Chicago?

Putting it simply, it will cost you however much you decide you want to spend over the bar in food and drink. We do not charge a hireage fee, except on occasions where the whole bar is required, and the numbers would not warrant the use of the whole bar. What does Chicago have in the way of entertainment for my function?

We have a number of entertainment solutions for your private function to give that extra something special. We have a fully computerised music system that contains a very wide range of music; this allows us to cater for all music tastes and styles. We have two large screens which allows you to incorporate video & computer presentations into your function. The large screens also allow you to view a major sporting event within your function. We also have two pool tables, pin ball games, and a couple of arcade games. All of this entertainment is included in the use of Chicago Sports Cafe. We can also arrange for other types of Entertainment at your expense. This can be such things as Karaoke, bands, mechanical surfing etc.

Can we decorate the area that we use for our function?

Yes you can, although with our extensive collection of memorabilia it is not essential. If you do want to put up decorations you can have access to the function area before your function. If you would like us to take care of decorating or introduce a theme we can organise to have this done at your expense.

So, what type of functions can you do?

Chicago's motto is: " Whatever you want to do we can make it happen, and happen with style". We are very popular for 21st birthdays, general birthdays and work functions. We have also done a number of product launches, including one for the new Falcon which included fitting four cars into our downstairs bar area. If you have an idea we will sit down with you over a coffee and make it happen the way you want without any hassle!

I want to have a function but I have some cousins and siblings that are under age. Are they able to attend?

Yes they can provided that they are attending the function with their parents or legal guardian. They will not be able to consume any alcohol.
